Sensor Tower has provided a detailed look into how the top cryptocurrency apps have fared on the iOS platform in the United States during the second quarter of 2024. Here’s what the data shows.

Binance: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto experienced a fluctuating download trend starting at 524K in the first week of April and dipping to 272K by the end of June. Weekly active users peaked at 9K in late May but saw a gradual decline to 7.4K by the quarter's end.

Bybit: Buy & Trade Crypto downloads began at 286K and saw highs and lows, with a notable peak of 305K in late May before descending to 165K. Active users showed a slight increase from 892 in early April to a high of 1K by late May, before reducing to 830 by the final week of June.

Coinbase: Buy Bitcoin & Ether downloads indicated a more stable pattern, starting at 183K and ending the quarter at 102K. The weekly active users for Coinbase began at 1.1K, saw a mid-quarter dip, but managed to climb back up to 967 before dropping slightly to 836 by the quarter's end.

Trust: Crypto & Bitcoin Wallet showed a consistent download number throughout the quarter, with an initial 144K downloads and closing at 132K. Active users saw a peak of 2.6K in mid-June, a slight increase from the quarter's start at 2.3K.

MetaMask - Blockchain Wallet had downloads ranging from 138K to 98K throughout the quarter. Weekly active users saw a peak of 1.5K in early June, with a slight decrease to 1.2K by the quarter's conclusion.
